Apple shouldn't allow the FBI to get information from terrorist iphones.
The FBI has no business in Apple's customers privacy.“The U.S. government has no right to force anybody to provide it services against their will. The Fourth Amendment of the Constitution guarantees Americans this right to privacy. Individuals have the right to possess information without having to share it with the government. It does not matter whether the software the FBI wanted Apple to create would cause problems for phone owners. Forcing Apple to create such software would have violated the rights of the company.” According to Randall G. Holcombe.Apple wants to keep up their side of the deal and not let FBI into people's privacy. Nobody has the right to get into people's privacy without their say or a search warrant.
FBI wants to protect Americans, but what about protecting Americans rights first.Yes, the Fourth Amendment also says the government has a right to search personal property It does not matter whether the software the FBI wanted Apple to create would cause problems for phone owners. The Constitution guarantees American people the right “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects.” They have to have a search warrant to search personal property.Apple makes a update so the FBI can get into our phones wouldn't it make us more reliable to get hacked and personal information stolen.
FBI has no right looking at our personal property without a search warrant. “I have seen other arguments for supporting Apple. These arguments say Apple refused to unlock the phone for business reasons, to protect the value of its brand.Yes, the Fourth Amendment also says the government has a right to search personal property. However, the government can only do this with a search warrant and a very good reason to do so. The Fourth Amendment does not say that anyone else can be forced to aid the government in its searches. This case was about more than the threat of a secret way to obtain the information in our phones. The real danger we face is a secret attack on our rights.” according to Randall G. Holcombe The FBI wants to keep the American people safe from terrorist.I can see what they mean but we have the constitution for a reason to make sure the government does not overthrow us and they keep America safe and Americans.
Apple should not let the FBI into their phones because it is unconstitutional.Apple should never let anybody into our privacy. It is against our rights.
